The Freshwater Residency is a 2-3-year, part-time commitment (~15 hours/week) that includes:
-Weekly leadership development
-Weekly biblical and theological training
-Weekly communication development
-Weekly discipleship and evaluation
-Weekly ministry involvement
-Increasing leadership responsibility over time
-Willingness to serve in multiple areas of Freshwater Church (high ministry exposure)

Academic Expectations
Residents should expect:
-Weekly 2-hour instructional session (in-person or group-based theological training)
-Reading 50-100 pages per week
-Writing book reviews
-Completing 10-15 page research papers (with instruction and guidance)
